LISBA Gatherings has several workshop experiences that go from beginner to advanced. They are a structured path to self discovery and spiritual growth.

But it all starts with our trust phase where we meet some strangers and learn a new way of communicating. We speak from a first person standpoint which sets the tone early and often for our members to share on a much deeper level. We begin to realize that we are all feeling similar emotions just in our own way. The circumstances may be different but the underlying stress and anxiety is the same. We also begin to look at the word Gratitude as a verb. Something we can practice at any time to help dissipate some of our stress and put us in a much better frame of mind. 

Lastly what we gain through the Trust Phase is a sense of collective wisdom by listening to others share. We realize we are not alone and we all have opportunities to be grateful and help others with our courage to be vulnerable.
